My three-night visit included easy access via the KLIA Express train. Ronaldo offered a warm welcome and expedited check-in to the Executive Lounge. The Junior Suite featured ample space with a large bathroom. The Executive Lounge offered drinks and food from 6-8pm.

I enjoyed the gym with three treadmills. I liked that the pool area had twenty loungers. The executive lounge food and beverage selection was excellent. It met my expectations. The lounge staff were very attentive to all needs. I also had access to executive lounge excess.
I found a small part of the room showing its age. It was a minor detail.

The front office manager and reception colleagues offered useful tips. They interacted well and I found them accommodative. The staff connected instantly. The housekeeping service was tiptop due to staff Hassan. Hassan provided friendly and warm service, even going extra mile.
