My three-night visit included easy access via the KLIA Express train. Ronaldo offered a warm welcome and expedited check-in to the Executive Lounge. The Junior Suite featured ample space with a large bathroom. The Executive Lounge offered drinks and food from 6-8pm.

The staff were helpful and professional, especially in the Executive Lounge. Alief and Kaliamah ensured guest needs were met with warmth. Customer service standards were high.

the executive lounge access was a treat a serene space to unwind. Breakfast offered an excellent selection of food especially local delicacies. the pool area featured slides a delight for families.
the air conditioning system emitted a very subtle hum throughout the night.

Excellent City Stay
modern gym pool loungers attentive staff
I enjoyed the gym with three treadmills. I liked that the pool area had twenty loungers. The executive lounge food and beverage selection was excellent. It met my expectations. The lounge staff were very attentive to all needs. I also had access to executive lounge excess.
I found a small part of the room showing its age. It was a minor detail.

The front office manager and reception colleagues offered useful tips. They interacted well and I found them accommodative. The staff connected instantly. The housekeeping service was tiptop due to staff Hassan. Hassan provided friendly and warm service, even going extra mile.

The hotel has a central location. It is near amenities. Shopping mall is close. I found many dining options within the hotel itself. The hotel is close to a mall and a train station. This allowed easy access to different places and the airport.
